Denver IRL: The Founder Reset: Breathwork for Clarity, Resilience, and Sustainable Success with Courtney Cochran

What’s Happening?

Entrepreneurship can be exhilarating, but it can also be overwhelming. The pressure to perform, make decisions, and carry the weight of a vision can take a toll on even the most driven founders.

This workshop introduces breathwork as a powerful tool to regulate stress, restore focus, and support sustainable high performance. You'll learn how your breath directly influences your nervous system and decision-making, and experience a guided breathwork session designed to release tension and reconnect you to clarity and purpose.

Perfect for founders who want practical tools to navigate the highs and lows of building something meaningful.

MEET Courtney:

Courtney is a breathwork facilitator and founder of Surge Flow Breath, where she works with entrepreneurs, leaders, and high-performing professionals to optimize energy, focus, and resilience through breathwork.

Before starting her company, Courtney spent nearly a decade in technology sales, where she experienced the demands of high-performance environments firsthand. After navigating a major life transition, she discovered breathwork as a powerful tool for managing stress, regulating the nervous system, and sustaining peak performance.

Today, Courtney leads workshops, retreats, and coaching programs that help ambitious individuals stay clear, grounded, and energized while building meaningful work and lives.
