What’s Happening?

Learn what's driving your energy, weight, sleep, mood, and menopause symptoms then learn what to do about it.

About Melissa:

Melissa Nichols is a STOTT-certified Pilates instructor, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), and a specialist in hormone health. She brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she worked extensively on clinical trials, before shifting her focus from finding treatments for disease to preventing disease through lifestyle, nutrition, and movement.

Melissa has navigated her own health challenges and has embraced an integrative approach—working with both physicians and naturopathic/functional medicine doctors. Through this journey, she has transformed her way of eating and living, discovering firsthand how powerful lifestyle changes can be in restoring balance and vitality.

Her mission now is to share this knowledge and personal experience with others, helping them better understand their hormones and empowering them to take control of their long-term health.
