The holidays can feel joyful and overwhelming.
In this session, you’ll learn simple breath techniques to regulate your nervous system in the moment, practices to stay grounded with family or during travel, and supportive ways to hold healthy boundaries during a busy season.
We’ll close with a restorative breathwork practice to leave you feeling calm, centered, and ready for all of the holiday festivities ahead!
About Bri:
Bri is a mom, Breathwork Facilitator, and Personal-Growth Coach based in Brooklyn, New York. Bri recently made the leap out of the corporate world and into the world of entrepreneurship to follow her passion and mission to help people feel better in all aspects of their lives.
Bri helps individuals regulate their nervous systems, release stress, and feel lighter through breathwork, mindset coaching, and embodiment practices. Bri also leads Corporate Breath Workshops that help teams reduce stress, boost focus, and improve overall well-being.
