What’s Happening?
Perfectionism is often praised as a hallmark of success—but beneath the surface, it can quietly drain our energy, undermine our confidence, and hold us back from the fulfillment we crave.
In this interactive 60-minute workshop with Executive Coach and Leadership Advisor Domonique Worship, we’ll explore the hidden costs of perfectionism on well-being, performance, and career satisfaction—especially for high-achieving women. You’ll learn how to distinguish between healthy ambition and the self-limiting patterns that keep you stuck, and uncover ways to channel perfectionism’s gifts without being weighed down by its costs.
This session is designed to be dynamic and participatory—come ready to reflect, share, and leave with fresh clarity and strategies you can implement right away.
