What’s Happening?
This is an invitation to slow down and listen. In this intimate workshop, we’ll explore how your shadow quietly shapes your sex life and relationships.
We will explore our shadows, not as something to fix, but as something wise. Desire, avoidance, and longing aren’t random they’re protective patterns formed by your nervous system and lived experience.
The first half of our time together offers a gentle, grounding teaching on shadow and intimacy: how early conditioning lives in the body, why desire can feel complicated, and what these patterns are trying to communicate beneath the surface.
In the second half, you’ll be guided through a short hypnosis designed to help you meet the part of you that learned how to stay safe around intimacy and offer it a softer, more spacious option. No sharing. No pressure. Just an internal shift that lands quietly and deeply.
This is not about technique or performance. It’s about awareness, permission, and remembering. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and a felt sense of what intimacy can become when safety leads.
